Trading Assistant - Private Credit

Attribution Search are urgently seeking a highly skilled Trade Operations AVP to join the Global Trade operations team. This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a small team, playing a pivotal role in centralising all trade-related activities within a single global team across all asset types.

Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.The successful candidate will sit on the trading desk and will have direct interaction with traders, PM’s and analysts across multiple strategies providing oversight and support.Key Responsibilities:Review and understand all documentation relating to distressed assets, including, but not limited to, credit agreements and shareholder agreements.Oversight of the closing process on LMA/LSTA par and distressed trades with outsourced partners.Supporting PM''s and Analysts with restructurings and refinancing.Understanding fund investment guidelines to be able to assess and resolve pre-trade compliance alerts.Monitoring Bond Settlements in conjunction with the outsourced partners.Experience required:3-6 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Bank Debt, Bonds, Credit Derivatives, Equity, Futures, and other derivatives,Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.Distressed loans coverage.This is a rare opportunity to join a leading credit manager, sat on a trading desk.
