Digital Trading Assistant

About the roleAt Hush, we’re on a mission to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience and we’re looking for a motivated Digital Trading Assistant to join our growing ecommerce team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or grow your ecommerce career in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. You’ll play a key role in optimising the trading of our site, making sure the right products reach the right customers at the right time.

What you’ll do

Supporting the delivery of our online trading plan and helping drive sales.

Managing product launches, ensuring everything goes live smoothly with the right content.

Taking ownership of the online product lifecycle and day-to-day visual merchandising of the site.

Analysing sales data and reporting on trends to share insights with the wider team.

Collaborating across Merchandising, Creative, Buying, Customer Service and Operations.

Supporting email marketing campaigns and SEO optimisation.

Helping to set up and manage promotions, sales and promo codes.

What you’ll bring

Retail experience (fashion a plus!) and ideally some exposure to ecommerce.

A keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills.

Analytical mindset — confident using Excel and data to spot trends.

A self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

A real team player with great communication skills.
