Temporary Digital Trading Assistant

to join their innovative team on a temporary basis to start immediately, supporting the fast-paced e-commerce team

until January 2026 .The Role

As a Digital Trading Assistant, you’ll play a key role in optimising the customer journey and driving online sales. You’ll work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to support website performance, product launches, merchandising, and promotional activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.Key Responsibilities

Support daily trading of the website, ensuring products are merchandised and performing optimallyAssist in uploading and updating product information, pricing, and imageryMonitor key KPIs and support with weekly and ad-hoc reporting (sales, conversion, product performance)Help execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal updatesConduct regular site walks to ensure accurate content, functionality, and user experienceLiaise with internal teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and timely launchesWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role, ideally within fashion or retailProficient in CMS and product management systems (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)Strong Excel and data analysis skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and organisational skillsAvailable to start immediately and commit until January 2026Why Join Us?
