Territory Manager - Breast Surgery - Southern EnglandExciting and innovative portfolioNew launch across the UK and EuropeOur client is a well-recognized global MedTech manufacturer and have a new innovative product offering for the Breast Surgery marketplace.As a result of expansion into the UK market they are seeking a high calibre Territory Manager to cover Southern UK territory. This will be 1 of 12 hires across Europe to help drive sales of the new portfolio in a high growth marketplace.Key responsibilities include:Establish new customers and maintain strong relationship with potential customersIncrease the sales of products to healthcare establishments (NHS/Private) in the designated geographical areaConduct presentations to consultants, practice staff and nursesBe present at surgeries in theatres with consultantsOrganize meetings for consultants and other medical staffBuild and maintain positive working relationships with medical and supporting administration staffWork closely with the regional team and relevant stakeholdersNegotiate price setting and finalize contract agreements with new prospectsManage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent support to customersDevelop strategies with the business unit manager to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyCandidate is expected to possess the following skills and experience:Theatre experience (comfortable in theatres and watching surgeries)Experience in Breast and/ or Medical Aesthetics - preferredProven track record in proactively seeking and acquiring new business opportunitiesBusiness acumen and resilience to rejectionCharismatic networker with a proactive approach to building relationships with both internal partners and external contactsUnderstanding of a flexible working environment and customer needs through regular contact and feedbackProven track record of sales successCustomer-centric approach, meeting or exceeding customer expectationsProfessional, credible, and able to deliver on commitmentsHigh energy and data-drivenA Highly Competitive Basic, Bonus and Benefits package will be paid.Please apply online or call CHASE for further information on 0131 553 6644.Reference Number: ..... full job details .....
