You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling electrosurgical devices and consumables to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities. This role is ideal for anyone with a background working as an Operating Department Practitioner or Theatre Scrub Nurse looking to transition into sales. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling within the healthcare market.Knowledge of electrosurgical market and products would be beneficial.Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills.Experience and understanding selling to NHS/Private healthcare sectors.Role Responsibilities

Achieve Annual Individual and shared sales targets.Develop a deep understanding of electrosurgical devices and associated consumables.Establish and maintain relationships with Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Clinical Service Managers, Matrons, Procurement, EBME and other stakeholders for product use.Monitor competitor activity and competitors'' products, regularly updating designated product folders on the sales drive with relevant information.Recruitment process
