The Ophthalmology Territory Manager will take responsibility for launching and driving adoption of the product within your territory. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a measurable impact on patient care.Key responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targetsBuild and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, clinic staff, and procurement teamsDeliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrationsProvide clinical training and ongoing support to healthcare professionalsCollaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategyQualifications
3–5 years’ experience in medical device salesProven success managing complex, high-value sales cyclesStrong presentation, negotiation, and clinical demonstration skillsAbility to build lasting relationships with clinicians and procurementResilient, ambitious, and self-motivated with excellent organisational skillsValid UK driving licence + willingness to travel across the territorySeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeHow to Apply
