We''re looking for an experienced Telesales Executive / Sales Executive to join our team on a temporary basis for an initial one-month period, with the potential to extend on a weekly basis.

This is an outbound calling role, focused on generating new recruitment opportunities by working through thousands of contacts within our CRM.

The role will involve:

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to contacts within our CRM
  
• Having a target number of meaningful conversations with prospective clients daily
  
• Identifying businesses with current or upcoming recruitment requirements
  
• Building rapport with potential clients and generating new business opportunities
  
• Qualifying vacancies and passing relevant opportunities to the team of recruiters
  
• Keeping accurate records and updating the CRM following each call
  
• Working towards weekly conversation and vacancy generation targets
  

What we''re looking for:

• Previous telesales, sales, business development or outbound calling experience
  
• Someone confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls
  
• A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to handle objections
  
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  
• Someone who is motivated by results and enjoys working towards targets
  
• Previous recruitment or B2B sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  

As well as the -20 per hour rate, there will be a bonus available for filled vacancies generated as a direct result of your calls, giving you the opportunity to earn additional money based on the business you generate.
