Our client, a prestigious international training course provider, is looking for an

Events Coordinator

to work on a temporary basis until the end of December.The company delivers training courses designed to equip business professionals with skills to develop their competency, improve performance, and drive business success.Role

Your role is to support the training team in the set-up, coordination, and smooth running of weekly large-scale training courses/seminars held in 5* London hotels in Mayfair. You will be based in the offices of a luxury 5-star hotel in West London. Hours are 07:00 – 16:00 each day.Details

Maintaining a working relationship with training venuesManaging the meeting room set up, FandB, and material preparationUploading the digital material to the electronic training deviceCoordinating event logistics such as the delivery of materials to the training roomManaging and overseeing events on the day, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event and set-up, communicating with the training team in Dubai and ensuring the event is running in line with the BEOAct as a brand ambassador for the client; respond to participants’ inquiries and complaints onsiteDeliver excellent customer service to event participantsComplete final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything is in line with company standardsLiaise with course administrators, course instructors, and hotel venues to ensure successful event executionEnsure that all applicable policies and guidelines are adhered toAdhere to the meeting venue emergency escalation procedureExperience / Skills

Must be available immediately and seeking temporary workAny training / event coordination experience is an advantageSmartly presented and happy to work in a corporate environmentEnthusiastic, diligent, proactiveFlexible natureHow to apply
