Responsibilities include:Generating leads within the marketEnsure there is a robust pipeline of opportunitiesFollow up new business opportunitiesSet up meetings for the Divisional DirectorUndertake research into specific locations prior to setting up meetingsBuild relationships with new clientsProvide backup for the Divisional Director, including answering telephone calls, texts and emailsEnsure that data is correctly stored and update on the company''s CRM systemAttend and contribute to sales meetingsSend broker packs outTrack and record activity on accountsSubmit weekly progress reportsSkills and Experience:Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professionalExperience within the bridging finance sector is ideal2 years experience in generating leadsProven track record in achieving new business and selling servicesDetailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirableEnthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ''win'' new business.Excellent Computer ..... full job details .....
