Technical Services Engineer – Processing,
to join our busy Technical Services Team.This position is responsible for providing technical expertise, trouble shooting and support for food processing equipment, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves travelling to customer sites, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. It will also involve performing equipment installations, conducting training sessions and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product reliability and efficiency.Key responsibilities:Installation and commissioning of new food processing systems at customer sitesProvide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer equipment issues promptlyTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software related problems in food processing equipment.Ensure all systems are set up and calibrated to meet performance standards and customer
