The role involves oversight and management of multi-site estates and sites.The position is permanent, offering a salary of 52-53k basic plus car or car allowance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, a company pension, and a healthcare scheme.The role is based in Staffordshire and covers contracts in the Northwest and Midlands regions.Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Technical Services Manager / Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of MandE building services and Hard FM contract operations. This includes managing maintenance engineers, small works quotations, supplier delivery, and collaboration with clients. The role also involves monitoring service performance, site liaison, contractual adherence and compliance, identifying cost savings, and unlocking value.Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate and manage all building services operations across multiple contractsManage all PPM and reactive maintenance schedulesPlan and implement small works projectsReview service performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plansProvide escalation support for service performance issuesMonitor and control SLA agreements, evaluate KPIs, and assess contract progressManage PandL responsibilitiesIdentify, price, and quote small worksAssist in the mobilization of new contractsEnsure compliance with relevant standards and regulationsManage maintenance engineers and coordinate helpdesk activitiesConduct client site visits and develop client relationshipsSupport planning and management of budgets and forecastsRequirements:
Experience in multi-site contract managementBackground in building services engineering (Mechanical or Electrical, HVAC, etc…)Experience in compliance oversightExcellent client-facing skillsExperience managing MandE engineers and working on PPM schedulesHighly flexible and mobile to maintain presence across multiple sitesValid driving licenseExperience with Performance and Job Management systems relevant to Building Services/FM industryStrong customer service skillsService-oriented attitude with innovative thinkingBackground in Building Services and Hard FMNegotiation skills and ability to work with staff at all levelsSelf-motivated and resourceful team ..... full job details .....
