Job Title: Technical Customer SupportLocation: Long CrendonContract Details: Full time, PermanentSalary: 30,000 per annumHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (45 minutes lunch break)Benefits and Perks:25 days annual leave + bank holidays10% Employer Pension ContributionDiscretionary annual bonusGroup Life AssuranceHealth Cash PlanResponsibilities: As a Technical Sales and Customer Support Agent, you will:Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chatChase delivery issues with couriersHandle amendments to customer ordersManage product returns and warranty issuesProcess refundsOffer pre-sales product advice and technical supportRecommend products and advise on suitabilityConduct basic technical calculationsPrepare quotations and proforma invoicesEssential Skills:Customer support experience, ideally within a technical settingA technical mind and interest in how things work is essentialStrong communication skills; confident in engaging with customersMust be able to multi-task and work on several enquiries simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal English skillsGood numeracy skillsProficient in MS Office suiteHow to apply: If you are enthusiastic, technically minded and keen to learn, we would love to hear from you!
