to provide key support to the Executive Assistant of a busy Principal and help keep a dynamic studio running smoothly. They’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day, is quick to adapt, and brings a friendly, can-do attitude to every task. You’ll be central to supporting both senior leadership and wider office operations, gaining invaluable experience at this well-known practice.What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating travel, accommodation, visas, and logisticsManaging diaries, scheduling, and arranging meetingsAssisting with board meeting organisation, reports, and correspondenceHandling front-of-house duties and general studio operationsSupporting with couriers, and ad-hoc admin tasksActing as a first point of contact via phone and emailWhat they’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Team AssistantExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong written and spoken EnglishA professional, approachable manner with a positive mindsetProficiency in Microsoft OfficeReliability, discretion, and the ability to keep calm under pressureAn interest in architecture, arts or designWhy this role?
