We are working with a globally renowned investment firm that is seeking a Team Assistant to join their collaborative, high-performing team. Your role will focus on providing seamless support to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders, from managing complex schedules to coordinating international travel and overseeing day-to-day operations.This position will suit someone who thrives on consistency, discretion, and building trusted long-term relationships.Responsibilities

Managing complex diaries across UK and U.S. time zonesScheduling meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating international travel, accommodation, and detailed itinerariesPreparing agendas, briefing documents, and meeting materialsProcessing expenses with accuracy and efficiencyRequirements

3–6 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, with at least 3 years in financial services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management preferred)Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailA calm, people-focused demeanour and confident when requiredA collaborative mindset with the quiet confidence to support effectively behind the scenesDetails
