Year 5 Teaching Assistant - Sheffield | September Start | Ongoing Position

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive school environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Junior School in South Sheffield for a Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 5 class on a full-time basis.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Working closely with the Year 5 class teacher to support pupils'' learning and development
• Providing both whole-class and small group support
• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• September start with an ongoing placement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Teaching Assistant qualification or previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience supporting primary-aged children, ideally in Key Stage 2
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
