Whether you''re an experienced Teaching Assistant or have recently gained relevant school-based experience, we''d love to hear from you.

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Working 1:1 with pupils or leading small intervention groups.
• Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Helping to promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil progress.

• Previous experience working in a primary school.
• A positive, proactive and caring approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
