KS2 Teaching Assistant - Doncaster

Start Date: September 2026

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Doncaster for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Key Stage 2, working alongside experienced teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning within Key Stage 2 classrooms.
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom preparation and daily activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil engagement.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 3:00pm

Contract:

• September 2026 to December 2026 (initially)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 2.
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
