The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them engage with learning and achieve their individual goals. Working closely with teachers and wider support staff, you''ll provide one-to-one and small group support, encourage positive behaviour, and help learners overcome barriers that may be impacting their education.
