Education Support Services (ESS) is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Mentors to join our team and deliver personalised education and training to young people aged who may be disengaged from mainstream education, at risk of exclusion, or facing additional barriers to learning. This is a flexible, rewarding and varied role where no two days are necessarily the same. You ll work directly with young people on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, delivering engaging and personalised learning that is tailored to their individual needs, interests and goals. You could be supporting learners with academic subjects, vocational skills, wellbeing or practical activities depending on your qualifications and experience. What you ll be doing As a Teaching and Learning Mentor, you will: Deliver high-quality, bespoke education and training to vulnerable and disengaged learners.
