We are looking for an HR and Learning Advisor to join the People team and provide a proactive, commercially focused HR service alongside leading and delivering engaging learning and development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied role and is particularly passionate about LandD, talent and colleague development. The Role Provide proactive and professional HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across a broad range of people matters. Build strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR business partner and providing practical solutions. Coach and support managers with sickness absence, wellbeing, performance, conduct, capability and employee relations matters. Provide advice on recruitment, workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, reward and benefits, policies and employment legislation. Contribute to the development and delivery of the People Strategy and wider HR initiatives. Support colleague engagement, wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
