Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic

Talent Manager

to oversee and support a portfolio of clients spanning sports, social media influencers, and TV personalities. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder, a savvy negotiator, and an expert in managing talent careers across diverse fields. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, contracts, and the media landscape, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary representative and advocate for assigned talent, ensuring their best interests are upheld in all negotiations and opportunitiesCreate personalized strategies to grow each client’s career, leveraging opportunities in brand partnerships, media appearances, endorsements, and other venturesIdentify and negotiate brand collaborations, endorsement deals, and sponsorships to align with clients’ goals and personal brandsStay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and shifts in digital, entertainment, and sports industries to keep clients competitiveReview, negotiate, and finalize contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring fair terms and compliance with industry standardsMAIN REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years in talent managementExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industriesSUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
