As Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you''ll play a central role in helping us attract, recruit and onboard exceptional talent at pace, supporting a major employability programme with the ambition to reach 1 million young people. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you''ll ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly, efficiently and delivers an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This fully funded role runs until 31 March 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK. This is a hands-on, fast-paced coordination role where you''ll be at the heart of the recruitment journey. You''ll manage interview scheduling, vacancy advertising, recruitment administration, onboarding activity, reporting and stakeholder communications, while helping the team deliver large-scale hiring projects alongside business-as-usual recruitment.
