This is an excellent opportunity to partner with hiring managers across the UK, delivering end-to-end recruitment while helping to attract exceptional technical talent into a fast-paced, innovative business.The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you''ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple UK vacancies.Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.Proactively sourcing high-quality Technology, Data, AI and Engineering talent through LinkedIn, networking and direct search.Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and supporting supplier performance.Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Maintaining accurate ATS records and producing recruitment reports.Supporting on boarding and continuously improving recruitment ..... full job details .....
