This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant or Agency Recruiter and is ready to hit the ground running.Working alongside a collaborative international team, including our French-speaking Recruitment Coordinator, you''ll initially focus on supporting hiring across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) before gaining exposure to wider EMEA recruitment projects.What you''ll be doing:Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the DACH regionSourcing and engaging top talent through various channelsScreening CVs and conducting candidate interviewsPartnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needsCoordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelinesDelivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processSupporting wider EMEA recruitment activities as the team continues to growWhat we''re looking for:Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)Previous recruitment experience within agency, in-house TA, sourcing, resourcing or talent acquisitionStrong candidate sourcing and CV screening experienceAbility to ..... full job details .....
