Programme Manager
for our client, a global, industry-leading power technology company.Supply Chain Programme ManagerLocation: WarwickHybrid work: Twice per week in the officeThe Supply Chain Programme Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing a programme of sourcing transfer projects that reactivate the ST30 engine’s components in support of services and new unit requirements.ResponsibilitiesDefine work breakdown structures, sourcing packages, and supporting programmes to deliver source change requirements.Manage programme team members, including other project managers, dedicated resources, and supporting staff, to maximize capacity and ensure timely delivery.Act as liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring resource management decisions support programme deliverables.Oversee project quality, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting; act as subject matter expert for project processes.Establish and oversee a Change Control Board for approving programme changes affecting schedule or budget.Report to and form a steering committee advisory board comprising cross-functional executives.Report to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation Programmes.The scope includes sourcing and qualification of up to 200 components over 3 years, with a team of up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities include discs, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, and related materials. The programme concludes once the supply chain delivers acceptable quality and rate.Your backgroundProven track record managing challenging programmes across diverse global sites and products.Passion for change, influencing others, and finding efficient solutions.Clear communication aligned with leadership principles.EssentialProject Management Certification.Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.Significant experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles.Understanding of OEM and Service processes, process improvement, and performance delivery.Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and programme management.Understanding of aerospace design and change control processes.Ability to engage at all business levels and manage change effectively.Experience working in a matrix organization with dedicated and non-dedicated resources.DesirableLeadership or management training.Process Improvement certification.Multilingual skills or interests.With over 90 years of combined experience, NES Fircroft is a leading engineering staffing provider across various sectors worldwide.
