We are seeking an experienced Labour Supply Manager to take charge of managing on-site contractors and overseeing a dedicated team. You will play a key role in ensuring labour resources are delivered effectively to support ongoing and upcoming projects.Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site contractors, ensuring smooth integration into projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and industry contacts.Lead and develop a team, ensuring high performance and efficient delivery of labour supply operations.Allocate labour resources daily to meet project timelines and client requirements.Liaise with Project Managers and site leads to understand workforce needs.Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, health and safety, and legal standards.Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation.Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in labour allocation and contractor management.Support the wider operations team in meeting business objectives.Qualifications and Skills
