You will require additional vetting for this position, which means the process can take longer than the usual onboarding process "Job Description:Expected to work during UK business hours.Hands-on experience in SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay.Strong understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Compensation and Variable Pay module.Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.Collaborate with HR and integration teams.Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.Design and manage bonus plans, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.Template Provisioning - Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.Route Maps - Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.Rating Sources - Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.Eligibility Rules - ..... full job details .....
