The end client is confidential.This position requires additional vetting, which means the process can take longer than the usual onboarding process.Your new roleAs a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you will take a hands-on role across Compensation and Variable Pay, combining configuration and solution design with L2/L3 support.You will work directly with client users and collaborate with HR and integration teams to support the successful delivery and execution of compensation cycles.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.Configure Compensation, Variable Pay and Total Compensation templates, including eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines and workflows.Lead compensation discussions and solutioning across different business scenarios.Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.Configure compensation worksheets, statements and executive review processes.Design bonus plans, proration logic and business goal mapping for incentive programmes.Configure templates through Provisioning.Design Route Maps and workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.Link performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation through rating sources.Build ..... full job details .....
