This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly structured Education Directorate and play a central role in shaping the student experience. As Student Services Officer, you will be at the heart of a high-volume, process-driven environment supporting learners throughout their qualification journey and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, fairly, and with care. This role would suit candidates from education, administration, customer service or high-level PA backgrounds who enjoy structured processes, clear policies, and meaningful interactions with stakeholders.
