My client are a MandE Engineering company who have been established for over 45 years and currently employ over 150 staff, providing all MandE Solutions to their blue chip client base.

 

A position has now become available for a static electrically biased MandE engineer to be based at a prestigious shopping Centre in Camberley, Surrey.

 

The Role :

 

 You will be working on the following on a daily basis across the shopping centre:

 

- Planned Preventive Maintenance (mostly lighting maintenance and fire alarm weekly bell checks) to work on a mobile basis across their commercial property portfolios.
- Painting and Decorating
- Plaster Repairs
- Roofing Repairs
- Flat Roof Repairs (Basic lead work only)
- External door and window replacements
- Emergency glazing
- Minor plumbing repairs 

Long term and permanent position for the right person.

 

THE PACKAGE

 

£38/43k dependant on EXP

40 hour week 8 till 5 mon to fri

Uniform, Tablet, phone all provided as well as comprehensive induction training

lots of overtime available on the site.

20 days per annum (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total)

No call out rota
