We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our expanding team, covering the M4 corridor and London. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to our clients across a variety of commercial properties. This role offers door-to-door pay, allowing you to maximize your earnings.

What You''ll Do:

Carry out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks, including:* Carpentry repairs (doors, windows, frames)* Roofing repairs (minor)* Plumbing* Brickwork repairs (minor)* Painting and decorating (minor)* General building maintenance tasksRespond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionProject works - Office refurbishmentsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedEffectively manage your own workload and travel scheduleCollaborate effectively with colleagues and management

What You''ll Need:

A proven track record as a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with a minimum of 2 years of experienceA strong understanding of health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work at heights (where necessary and with appropriate safety measures)A full UK driving licence and clean driving recordA willingness to travel across the M4 corridor and London
