Sous Chef

I have an opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a busy, casual dining, 2-rosette restauarnt and-boutique hotel in Broadway, in the North Cotswolds.

You will ideally have at least 4 years experience at 2-rosette-standard and have experience working as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment.-

The role is five days per week, working in a team of eight and accommoddation is available in a shared house in the village (if required). The starting pay is -40,000 per annum, rising to -42,000 after three months and tronc is around -3,000. Pay is weekly and tronc monthly.

Applicants should have their own transport due to the rural location though this is not a requirement if living-in. Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement and no sponsorship is available with this role.
