Sous Chef

I have an opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a busy, casual dining, 2-rosette restauarnt and boutique hotel in Broadway, in the North Cotswolds. You will ideally have at least 4 years experience at 2-rosette standard and have experience working as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment. The role is five days per week, working in a team of eight and accommoddation is available in a shared house in the village (if required). The starting pay is 40,000 per annum, rising to 42,000 after three months and tronc is around 3,000. Pay is weekly and tronc monthly. Applicants should have their own transport due to the rural location though this is not a requirement if living-in.
