Sommelier - 4 day week

Sommelier required for a Michelin restaurant. It is 4 day week (wednesday is 2pm start) and thursday, friday and saturday is a full day. With 3 days off. The package for the sommelier is 40-45k with 3 days off the role as a sommelier you will run the wines on a day to day basis, you will ensure the standards you offer are very high, you will suggest wines to customers and upsell.
