Sommelier - 4 day week

Sommelier required for a Michelin restaurant. It is 4 day week (wednesday is 2pm start) and thursday, friday and saturday is a full day. With 3 days off. The package for the sommelier is -40-45k with 3 days off

the role
as a sommelier you will run the wines on a day to day basis, you will ensure the standards you offer are very high, you will suggest wines to customers and upsell. This role will include all the standard sommelier duties.-
