The responsibilities of the

Assistant Head Sommelier

are:To create a seamless journey and outstanding wine experience for our membersSupport the Head Sommelier with

m anaging the Sommelier team, ensuring they are trained to Company standardTo work well under pressure in a fast pace environment and ensure a high quality service

The Experience and Qualifications required as

Assistant Head Sommelier

are:Significant experience in a similar position is essential

Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous

Qualified to a WSET L3 preferred

The working hours:The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year
