Solicitor - Property Litigation (Possession and Enforcement) Are you a Solicitor who likes a busy caseload, enjoys the detail of landlord and tenant law and wants to help shape a team as well as run your own files? This is a chance to join a specialist Claims department at a growing property business, working alongside the Head of Department on a large volume of residential and commercial possession and enforcement matters. You''ll be the team''s go-to legal expert. You''ll run your own caseload and also guide and support the wider Claims team, making sure every matter is resolved accurately and on time, within procedural deadlines and in line with regulatory requirements. What you''ll be doing Running your own caseload of service charge, ground rent and possession matters, both residential and commercial, and staying ahead of it Reviewing claims, assessing their merits and giving clients clear, commercial advice Preparing and approving notices, claims, applications and court documents Handling escalated matters and advising on possession and enforcement strategy Advising on breach of covenant matters and general landlord and tenant queries Helping with day-to-day supervision of the team and building a collaborative, supportive, high-performing culture Helping train and develop colleagues, so everyone knows the department''s procedures and the technical side of ..... full job details .....
