This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious legal practice with an enviable reputation across the region - JOB REF: THE ROLEYou will join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property department, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of Real Estate matters. The role will involve handling a busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider firm.You will handle a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, financing and refinancing, including bridging finance, alongside occasional corporate support. You will also advise tenants on lease acquisitions and ongoing management matters, including Licences to Assign and Deeds of Variation. Working to tight deadlines, you will manage matters through to completion while developing your technical expertise, client relationships, and business development profile within a supportive team.
