Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor, 3-4 years’ PQE, Hertfordshire, £60-70,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded and ambitious Corporate team, offering greater responsibility, client exposure, and autonomy. THE ROLE:
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, from acquisitions and disposals and management buyouts to restructures, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and wider company law. Working with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and larger corporates across a range of sectors, you will take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion, drafting and negotiating key documentation while building strong, trusted client relationships.
The role offers genuine autonomy, with the opportunity to collaborate across commercial, employment, commercial property, and private wealth teams to deliver comprehensive, commercially focused advice. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and help strengthen the firm’s growing market presence.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years’ PQE in Corporate law, bringing strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset. You will have a solid track record across a broad range of corporate transactions and company law matters, with the drafting and negotiation skills to handle complex matters with confidence. Commercially astute and proactive, you will be comfortable managing your own caseload, building trusted client relationships, and delivering clear, practical advice while balancing competing priorities.
