Solar Project Manager

EPC Solar Project Manager required for a Global Main Contractor in Kent.The ideal candidate will have experience of managing multiple sub-contractors (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) onsite and have Solar Project experience of 50MW+.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to completion.Oversee a project team including an HSE Manager, QA Manager, Site Managers, and Construction Managers.Manage and coordinate subcontractors across Civils, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.Conduct regular weekly / bi-weekly site visits (with transportation provided).Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery standards.RequirementsProven experience managing complex construction or engineering projects.Strong background in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
