Senior Project Manager - Fire SystemsLocation: Gillingham, KentSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Company CarHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00The RoleWe''re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex fire system projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you''ll lead teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. What you''ll be doing: Lead projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and post-project reviewManage budgets, margins, cost-to-complete reporting, and final accountsOversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring projects run on time and to specificationIdentify and mitigate risks, managing client and stakeholder expectationsMentor junior colleagues and support the development of the wider teamUphold Health and Safety and compliance standards across all projects What we''re looking for: Proven project management experience within the fire industryStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in financial control and commercial reportingKnowledge of Health and Safety and CDM regulations (desirable)Technical understanding of fire systems and industry complianceProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software What''s on offer: £55,000 - £60,000 salary + Bonus Scheme + Company Car22 days holiday + Bank HolidaysCompany pension schemeTraining and development ..... full job details .....
