My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join an established project team. Site Manager Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations Supervising subcontractors and site teams Toolbox talks Client and stakeholder liaison Health and safety compliance Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation Coordinating labour, plant and materials Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Monitoring quality and maintaining site records Reporting progress to the Project Manager Site Manager Requirements: CSCS SMSTS Previous Site Management experience Strong civil engineering background Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
