Residential Site Manager Location: Devon Project: Large Residential Development Salary: Competitive + Package About the Role Our client is a well-known national house developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential communities across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a major housing development in Devon. This is a long-term opportunity on a flagship residential scheme that is scheduled for completion in 2029. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and in line with company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site labour, and materials. Ensure works are completed in accordance with construction programmes. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks. Monitor progress and report updates to senior management. Manage site logistics and site security. Ensure all NHBC and building regulation requirements are met. Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders as required.
