Site Manager

ITS (Exeter) Limited is a leading construction recruitment company with over 20 years experience in the South West, and part of the wider ITS Grup with 50+ years construction recruitment experience across the UK

We are looking for a site manager or assistant site manager on behalf of our client to manage a sequence of projects installing modular housing units in Mid Devon

Specific modular experience is preferred but not essential, however the successful candidate must have experience in managing or assistant roles in the residential sector / new build housing

Ideally you will be based in Exeter / Tiverton / Taunton to allow for commute to various projects in the area.-

This role would suit an ambitious career minded assistant site manager or a keen energetic-site manager with experinece of running sites. The type / size of project you will be running is flexible depending on experience

This role is for 6-12 months for the right candidate with the potential for a permanant contract to follow
