Job Title: Site Manager (Nights) - School Project

Location: Northwitch, CW8

Start Date: Monday 6th October 2025

Duration: 4 Weeks

Working Pattern:

• 3 weeks on nights (10 hour shifts, approx. 5:00 PM start)

   

• 1 week on days (7:30 AM start)

   

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee night works on a school project. The focus of the project includes fire alarm upgrades, electrical installations, and lighting works.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who is confident managing trades, ensuring health & safety, and keeping works on programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activity during night shifts

   

• Oversee sub contractors delivering fire alarm, electrical, and lighting works

   

• Ensure all work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard

   

• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

   

• Liaise with project teams and report on progress

   

• Maintain site records, including permits and logs

   

• Coordinate with day shift team for seamless project handovers

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects

   

• SMSTS

   

• First Aid at Work

   

• Valid CSCS card

   

• Understanding of electrical and fire alarm systems

   

• Ability to lead teams and enforce health & safety protocols
