Konnect are looking for-an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a high-end townhouse development in the prestigious Notting Hill area.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.

• Experience working with developers on bespoke / luxury schemes.

• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

Duration: 10-12 months
