Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the internal works on a large-scale project in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of internal fit-out and finishing stages, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations relating to internal works (fit-out, finishes, M&E coordination, snagging).

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to specification, on time, and within budget.

Monitor progress, conduct regular inspections, and report to the Project/Construction Manager.

Enforce site health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, site teams, and subcontractors.

Ensure quality control and oversee snagging/defect management through to handover.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.

Strong background in fit-out and finishing trades.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred).

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
-
CSCS card (Black/Gold ideally).
-
First Aid certification (preferred).
