Job Advert: Senior Site Manager - New Build Industrial Units (Trade Units)

Location: Maples Cross, SL9

Contract Value: £8m

Duration: Approx. 46 Weeks

Start Date: 10th November 2025

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client for an experienced Senior/Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build industrial development which will eventually become multiple trade units. Each unit will be fully fitted out to include office space, toilets, and canteen facilities.

Project Overview:

• £8m new build project

   

• Construction of multiple industrial trade units

   

• Full internal fit out of each unit

   

• Project duration: 46 weeks

   

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site operations to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard

   

• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and trades on site

   

• Chair regular client and subcontractor meetings

   

• Ensure all site activities comply with health & safety legislation and company procedures

   

• Review and implement RAMS

   

• Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining a professional and positive relationship throughout the project

   

• Maintain accurate site records and produce regular progress reports

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build industrial or commercial projects

   

• Strong knowledge of RAMS and Health & Safety regulations

   

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

   

• Confident in a client facing role and able to chair meetings professionally

   

• Ability to manage and motivate site teams to deliver high quality work

   

Certifications (Essential):

• CSCS

   

• SMSTS

   

• First Aid at Work
