Freelance Site Manager - Reading (DandB CAT B Fit-Out) Location: Reading Project Value: 300k Duration: 6-week programme Rate: 250- 260 per day (CIS)We''re recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a Design and Build CAT B commercial fit-out project in Reading. The project is valued at 300k and will run for 6 weeks, with the potential for ongoing work depending on performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage all site activities and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification.Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.Coordinate with the client, design team, and internal project team.Take full ownership of the site, driving delivery from start to completion.Requirements:Proven experience managing DandB CAT A or CAT B commercial fit-out projects.Strong leadership and organisational skills.SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.Ability to work independently and maintain high standards throughout. ..... full job details .....
