Our client, a highly respected national housebuilder, is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to join the team and run a phase on a large residential site in Bracknell. Key Responsibilities: Overall site management and delivery of the residential development Managing build programs and all daily site activities Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensuring health and safety compliance at all stages Quality control and customer satisfaction Reporting progress to senior management Coordinating NHBC inspections and handovers Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations Ability to lead and motivate a site team effectively Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills Experience managing programmes with 50+ units preferred If you think this role is a good match for you please send a CV to Lucy using the contact information below. ..... full job details .....
